OUR STRATEGY
Our strategy is designed to fit in with a given country/region’s
long-term objectives for the private sector. In
this framework, we study the country/region’s investment strengths
and weaknesses, and assess how investors view the
local business environment, their objectives,
their focus and scope of operations
- all of which are vital entities in the investment decision-making
process.
Essentially, our focus is on the location’s strengths and
weaknesses; with the end view of developing a proactive action
plan, through the combined effort and involvement of all
national entities engaged in investment promotion.
